 _ Viza International follows all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, in which ever jurisdiction it operates.

_ All employees, directors, and other officers of  Viza International at all times are committed to maintain utmost standards of transparency and accountability in all their actions.

Purpose and Scope

 _ The purpose of expressly stating this policy is to ensure all personnel of  Viza International is aware of and follows the ethos of honesty and ethical practices to the letter and spirit.

_ Further, this document also provides guidance on the procedures/process to be undertaken by any stakeholder of Viza International, in case of any violation of this policy is identified/suspected by them.

Statement

“Viza International does not engage in nor tolerate any form of corruption, including bribery, facilitation payments, kickbacks or any forms of embezzlements and will uphold all laws countering bribery, fraud and corruption in all forms.”

 This policy requires all stakeholders of Viza International not to:

_ offer or pay bribe or inducement of any kind in any activity relating to Viza International;

_ solicit business by offering bribe or unofficial payments;

_ accept any bribe in whatsoever form;

_ Not to make or accept any facilitation payments.

This policy recognizes the need for normal business hospitality however binds the extension or

acceptance of the same with the below:

_ Any offer or acceptance of the same must be duly authorized by the management
