Schedule: Hybrid employees will split their time between working in the office and remotely. The specific schedule will be determined in consultation with supervisors, considering team and client requirements.

Communication: Hybrid employees must maintain open and effective communication with their team members and supervisors using email, video conferencing, instant messaging, and project management tools.

Availability: Employees working in a hybrid arrangement must be available during agreed-upon working hours, whether in the office or remotely, to collaborate with their team, attend meetings, and respond to clients’ needs promptly.

Workspace: Hybrid employees are responsible for setting up and maintaining a secure, comfortable, and professional workspace at home, similar to the office environment, to perform their duties efficiently.

Equipment and Technology: Viza International will provide necessary equipment and software for hybrid employees to carry out their job responsibilities effectively. Employees are expected to maintain and safeguard company-provided equipment and follow IT security policies.

Performance Expectations: Hybrid employees will be held to the same performance standards as their in-office counterparts. Supervisors will evaluate performance based on results and adherence to this policy.
