A person who:-
- is 18 or above;
- has a certificate of sponsorship reference number;
- has enough savings to fund yourself during your stay, a minimum of 1270 pounds;
- Is operating for an international organization or as a personal helper in a diplomatic household.
Documents you need to apply for an International Agreement Visa
- A valid passport or other travel documents are necessary to start your application.
- Your employer or organization must issue a certificate of sponsorship in your name. This document will hold information about your job role, duration of stay, etc.
- Bank statements or other necessary documents are required to support your application to prove that you have minimum funds for your stay in the UK.
- Undergo a medical examination to get a Tuberculosis test result.
- Present proof of relationship with your dependents if they accompany you to the UK.
- A proper ATAS certificate may be required.
A temporary work international agreement visa typically takes around three weeks to decide on the application. You can apply three months before your due date.
The cost of the application is 259 pounds. You will also have to pay a health surcharge of 624 pounds per year for as long as you stay in the UK.
An overseas government worker can work and study in the UK on this visa for up to two years. However, a private servant can stay up to five.
