Viza International's COVID-19 Vaccine Policy
Viza International prioritizes the health and safety of our employees, clients, and community. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a vaccine policy to minimize the risk of infection and promote a safe work environment.
Vaccination Requirements: All Viza International employees are strongly encouraged to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, as recommended by public health authorities, unless they are unable to do so due to medical or religious reasons.
Proof of Vaccination: Employees who have been vaccinated must provide proof of their vaccination status to the Human Resources department. This information will be kept confidential and stored securely in accordance with data protection regulations.
Medical or Religious Exemptions: Employees who cannot receive the vaccine due to medical or religious reasons should submit a written request for exemption to the Human Resources department. Appropriate documentation may be required to support the request.
Health and Safety Measures: Vaccinated and exempt employees are expected to adhere to all company health and safety protocols, including wearing masks, practicing social distancing, and following hygiene guidelines, as mandated by local regulations or recommended by public health authorities.
Remote Work and Accommodations: Employees who are not vaccinated and do not qualify for an exemption may be required to continue working remotely, if possible, or request reasonable accommodations to ensure the safety of themselves and others.
Updates and Changes: Viza International will regularly review and update this policy in accordance with the latest guidance from public health authorities and government regulations.
By implementing this COVID-19 vaccine policy, Viza International aims to create a safe and healthy workplace for our employees, clients, and community while continuing to provide exceptional global visa consultancy services.
